Registration for FCCat 2025 is open.

Registration fees include access to the conference, accommodation in a single room (for researchers) and in a twin bedroom (for PhD and PostDocs), all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as coffee breaks from Monday evening to Friday noon.

Members of EuChemS (European Chemical Society) and SCF (Société Chimique de France) have preferential rates. Your membership number will be requested during the registration procedure.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

For French participants, payment can also be made by university order form.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons may attend the welcome reception on 19^th May, coffee breaks and gala dinner on 22^nd May. They are not allowed to attend scientific sessions. Price includes on-site accomodation, catering and participation in conference social activities.

To register an accompanying person, please contact event@perspectivesetorganisation.fr. Registration fees will be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment to the service provider.

Early bird registration fees before March 14th, 2025 (included):

Prices will be increased by 20% from March 14th.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified by email at:

fccat2025@sciencesconf.org and/or event@perspectivesetorganisation.fr

Registration fees will be partially reimbursed as follows:

- cancellations received before March 30^th, 2025: 80% refund of registration fees
- cancellations received between March 30^th and April 30^th, 2025: 50% refund of registration fees
- cancellations received after April 30^th, 2025: no refund.

NB: Reimbursement will be made after the conference.

Visa policy

Participants coming from outside the Schengen Area wishing to enter France must be able to submit statutory documents at the border concerning the reasons for their stay, their means of support and accommodation arrangements.

A visa is generally required, in the absence of a waiver. For general information and for preparing, submitting and tracking your visa application, log on to
France-Visas , France’s official visa site, with all the information you need to guide you through the process and help you every step of the way.

Waiting times for appointments and for processing applications will vary depending on your nationality and on the time of the year. Participants are advised to check whether they will need a visa and submit any visa application well in advance of the conference.
