Practical informationShuttles Ronce-les-Bains is located on the Atlantic coast, between La Rochelle and Royan. To get to the Azureva centre, shuttle buses will leave from Surgères TGV station at around 3.15pm on Monday 19 May, to await the arrival of the train leaving Paris Montparnasse at 12.25pm and arriving at Surgères at 2.58pm. Participants will be divided into the 3 shuttles in alphabetical order to simplify transfers between trains and buses. A return shuttle is also planned for Friday 23 May, departing from the Azureva Ronce-les-Bains centre at around 12.15pm, to allow passengers to board the train leaving Surgères TGV station at 2.08pm and arriving in Paris Montparnasse at 4.55pm. Accommodation Accommodation will be provided on the Azureva site (conference venue).
